This Refund Policy applies to purchases of REDILA CORPORATION digital services through platforms that adopt or link to this Policy, including Philippines.tv, eKasal.com, Gobyerno.com, Eleksyon.com, and other REDILA CORPORATION digital services.
This Policy is intended to explain REDILA CORPORATION's voluntary refund process and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Philippine law.
1. General Refund Request Period
Unless a specific service states otherwise, a customer may request review of a refund within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase. Eligibility depends on the nature of the service, whether delivery or performance has begun, the extent of any digital exposure or benefit already provided, and applicable law.
A request made within 15 days is not an automatic guarantee of a refund. Conversely, nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from exercising a refund or other remedy that is required by law even if a voluntary policy period has expired.
2. How to Request a Refund
Submit refund requests to billing@redila.com and include:
- Full name and registered email address.
- REDILA platform where the purchase was made.
- Order, invoice, transaction, or other proof-of-purchase information.
- Description of the purchased service.
- Reason for the refund request and relevant supporting information.
3. Services Not Yet Activated or Delivered
Where a purchased service has not been activated, published, scheduled, consumed, customized, or otherwise materially delivered, REDILA CORPORATION may approve a refund request submitted within the applicable voluntary refund period, subject to any disclosed service-specific conditions and applicable law.
4. Activated, Published, or Consumed Digital Services
Digital services may begin providing value immediately upon activation, publication, scheduling, placement, or delivery. Examples include directory upgrades, featured placements, advertising, sponsored content, promotional campaigns, and other digital exposure.
A change of mind after a service has been properly activated or delivered does not necessarily entitle a customer to a refund. REDILA CORPORATION may deny or proportionally adjust a voluntary refund where the customer has already received material service value, subject always to mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
5. Service Quality, Non-Conformity, or Failure to Deliver
Nothing in this Policy removes rights available under the Consumer Act of the Philippines, the Internet Transactions Act, or other applicable laws. Where a REDILA CORPORATION service is defective, materially fails to conform to the agreed offer, or is not delivered as required, the customer may be entitled to appropriate remedies under law.
6. Examples of Services That May Become Non-Refundable After Performance Begins
Subject to Section 5 and applicable law, the following may become ineligible for a voluntary change-of-mind refund once activated, published, substantially performed, or consumed:
- Digital advertising placements.
- Featured or sponsored listings.
- Paid directory upgrades or premium listings.
- Sponsored articles or promotional content after publication or substantial production work.
- Promotional campaigns after execution has begun.
- Custom design, development, data, or creative services after substantial work has begun.
- Other digital services whose value has already been materially delivered.
7. Directory Listings and Promotional Exposure
Once a paid listing upgrade, advertisement, sponsored placement, or promotional service has been published or made publicly visible, the service may be considered partially or fully performed to the extent exposure or other contracted value has already been provided.
Removal, cancellation, retirement, correction, or closure of a directory listing does not automatically create a refund entitlement for digital exposure already delivered. Any remaining refund rights will be determined by the service terms, the facts of the transaction, and applicable law.
8. Recurring Services, Renewals, and Cancellations
Where REDILA CORPORATION offers recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals, the applicable checkout or service terms should disclose the billing frequency and renewal conditions. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund a period already paid for and delivered, except where required by law or expressly approved.
9. Promotions, Discounts, and Bundled Services
Refunds involving promotional pricing, discounts, bundled services, credits, or bonus placements may be calculated based on the amount actually paid and the portion of the bundle already delivered. Any specific promotional conditions presented at purchase will also apply to the extent consistent with law.
10. Third-Party Business Transactions
REDILA CORPORATION directory platforms may connect users with independent businesses, organizations, vendors, or service providers. Unless REDILA CORPORATION is the seller or contracting party for the underlying third-party product or service, refunds for transactions conducted directly with those third parties are the responsibility of the relevant third party under its terms and applicable law.
11. Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method where practicable. Processing may take approximately 7 to 15 business days after approval, depending on the payment processor, bank, card network, or other financial institution. REDILA CORPORATION is not responsible for processing delays caused solely by third-party financial institutions.
12. Chargebacks and Duplicate Refunds
Customers are encouraged to contact REDILA CORPORATION first so that billing concerns can be reviewed promptly. A customer should not seek duplicate recovery for the same transaction through both a completed REDILA refund and a payment-provider chargeback. REDILA CORPORATION may provide transaction records to payment providers when responding to a chargeback or payment dispute.
13. Legacy or Publicly Sourced Directory Information
Legacy or publicly sourced directory information is governed primarily by the REDILA CORPORATION Privacy Policy and Legal Center, including applicable listing-correction and content-removal procedures. The existence, correction, retirement, or removal of an unpaid legacy listing is not a refund matter. Where a paid service has been purchased for a listing, refund eligibility is determined under this Policy and applicable law.
14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
For billing and refund concerns, contact billing@redila.com. For general support, contact support@redila.com. Nothing in this Policy prevents a consumer from pursuing remedies or complaint procedures available under applicable Philippine law.
15. Policy Updates
REDILA CORPORATION may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised 'Last Updated' date. Where required by law, material changes affecting existing transactions will be communicated or applied only as permitted.
